SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

The parcel services used will be United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx).​

We will ship the products listed on the order confirmation based on availability.  Each shipment will constitute a separate sale, and you will be responsible for paying for each product shipped whether the shipment is a full or partial order fulfillment. Once the order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via the email used to place the order.

If the parcel service (USPS or UPS) is unable to deliver the products because of your failure to provide appropriate instructions, address(es), documents, or authorizations: (i) any product loss will become your responsibility; (ii) the Products will be considered delivered; and (iii) we may, at our discretion, decide to replace the undelivered product(s). If the appropriate instructions  were provided and the items ordered did not reach the intended destination, please contact info@Lanell.Skin

RETURN POLICY

Due to sanitary reasons, returns will not be accepted. If our products did not meet your needs and you have followed the conditions in this section, we are willing to offer a refund or credit within 5 days of receipt of purchased items. If the product was damaged upon receipt, please provide a written explanation describing how the product arrived, an accompanying photo and a statement confirming if you'd like a refund or the product replaced to info@Lanell.Skin. If you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact info@Lanell.Skin so we can discuss other possible options. Refunds are issued on the sales price minus any shipping fees.
